His Majesty The King to retain his Patronage of The Royal Countryside Fund

May 8, 2024

As we mark the first anniversary of Their Majesties’ Coronation, we are delighted to share the news that our founder, His Majesty The King will retain his Patronage of The Royal Countryside Fund.

His Majesty’s decision is a testament to his vision of a future where every inch of our countryside flourishes, where farming families thrive and where rural communities prosper.

Our Chair, Heather Hancock added, “For decades, His Majesty’s understanding and championing of farming families and rural communities has bestowed recognition and hope to people in the countryside who often struggle to have their voice heard, their needs understood and their potential realised. It is a great honour that His Majesty has agreed to continue his Patronage of The Royal Countryside Fund, a signal of his enduring commitment to a living, thriving, sustainable countryside. We are deeply grateful for his continuing support.”
