Cheers to 15 years with Berry Bros. & Rudd

To celebrate The Royal Countryside Fund’s 15th anniversary, our partner Berry Bros. & Rudd has shared one of their favourite cocktail recipes featuring their iconic British spirit, The King's Ginger.

Since 2020, Berry Bros. & Rudd has donated 10% of the profits from each bottle of The King’s Ginger sold to the RCF, marking their commitment to our aims of creating a thriving countryside and vibrant, rural communities across the UK.

Ingredients

40ml The King’s Ginger
15ml Lime juice
2 dash Angostura bitters
60ml ginger beer
Fresh mint
Lime wheel
Ice

Recipe

Measure out all the ingredients using a spirit measure.
Build all ingredients in a highball or mule glass with ice. Stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a disk or wedge of lime and fresh mint.
Toast to 15 years of the Royal Countryside Fund.
